jes's 05 whitetail

I shot this guy as he was heading up the mountain to the darker timber to bed for the day.
We were only 1/2 mile from the truck and up above the clear cut they were feeding in. He heard me as i was crunching through the snow but i had the wind and i was in some dark trees.
He was dead on impact with the 270
shooting accubond bullets at 178yds.

His official B&C score is 160 1/8 gross
nets 153 3/8. This puts him in the washington state record book.
